First, they were wasting hundreds of thousands of Naira on physical paper invitations that guests lost or ignored. Second, guests failed to RSVP on time.   • The FAQ & Footer: Centralizes dress codes, lodging info, and directions. The footer features a built-in “Send Invite” button. We engineered this with custom OpenGraph tags. When the link is shared on WhatsApp, it automatically generates a beautiful image card of the invitation instead of plain link text.

2. The Global Cash Registry (Multi-Gateway Integration)

We eliminated the awkwardness of physical money envelopes at the reception by embedding a clean digital bank right inside the platform.

  • International & Local Payments: We integrated Paystack for instant local Naira cards or transfers. We also integrated PayPal for international guests sending foreign currencies from anywhere in the world.
  • The Backup: We neatly styled a local bank account details layout as a secure backup option for traditional transfers.

3. Fully Automated RSVP & Gate Security Pipeline

This is the heavy-lifting system architecture that runs silently behind the scenes to handle guest management.

  • The Live Database Sync: When a guest logs their name, attendance status, and plus-one count, the React frontend instantly pushes that data directly to a connected Google Spreadsheet in real time. No manual data entry is required.
  • The Barcode Ticketing System: The split second a guest submits a positive RSVP, our automated email server triggers an instant Barcode Access Pass straight to their email inbox.
  • Crowd Control: The exact unique identification numbers behind that barcode are automatically generated and logged on the host’s private Google Sheet. On the wedding day, the bouncers check the sheets or scan the codes to ensure only verified, confirmed guests enter the venue.
